Dearier offers a 30-day money back guarantee for goods purchased directly from Dearier.com. We are confident that you will love your new Dearier product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product and confirm the validity, we will refund the full purchase price.
To return an item, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org during our normal business hours. In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:
You have purchased the product directly from Dearier.com. You contact Dearier and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and be accompanied with a return authorization number.
- If it isn't the product quality issue, customers pay for the return shipping fee.
- If it's the quality issue or others caused by the seller, Dearier pays for the return shipping fee and 100% amount will be refunded to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.

Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Dearier reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that Dearier does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications.
Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.
How to Return an Item
To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Dearier will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can get an RMA form by contacting us via telephone or email for assistance.
Process for Returning Product
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact Dearier at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
2. Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to Dearier. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
